Truly passionate about construction, Bradford brings 11 years of general contracting experience to Capella. He does not come from a trade background, but carries a degree in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He cut his teeth working for a large sophisticated commercial general contracting firm and brings the dedication to quality and refined processes he learned there to the residential and small commercial industry. He firmly believes in the value of teamwork, strong communication, and organization.

While raised in Northern California, he has found a cultural home in San Diego. He is an avid rock climber, trail runner, occasional surfer, and enjoys any outdoor adventure thrown his way. He and his wife Rachel proudly call Carlsbad home.
